合成黄曲霉毒素B_1-肟-牛血清白蛋白(AFB-1-肟-BSA)复合物,并制备了兔抗黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB_1)抗血清,后者与AFB_1的特异性结合为70~80%。由该血清制成的AFB_1剂量反应曲线在0.46~2.30ng之间,由曲线斜度可知敏感检测范围较大。血清样本与大米样本添加AFB_1的回收率分别为80%与74%左右。本方法适用于血清和大米中AFB_1含量检测。
The aflatoxin B 1 -oxime-bovine serum albumin (AFB-1-oxime-BSA) complex was synthesized and the rabbit anti-aflatoxin B1 (AFB_1) antiserum was prepared. The specific binding to AFB_1 was 70 ~ 80%. The dose response curve of AFB_1 made by this serum ranged from 0.46 to 2.30 ng, and the sensitive detection range was large from the slope of the curve. The recoveries of serum and rice samples with AFB_1 were 80% and 74%, respectively. This method is suitable for the determination of AFB_1 in serum and rice.
