盾构法是地铁或隧道施工中常用的一种方法,在进行盾尾同步注浆的过程中,受施工环境及地质因素的影响,容易出现管片上浮、注浆渗漏等问题,因此必须要采取一些科学合理的措施来控制盾尾同步注浆过程中出现的问题,并对注浆过程进行实时监测,保证盾尾同步注浆顺利完成。本文对盾尾同步注浆常见问题及控制措施进行研究,希望能够为盾尾同步注浆施工提出一些建设性的建议。
Shielding is a commonly used method in subway or tunnel construction. During the process of synchronous shield-tailing grouting, due to the influence of construction environment and geological factors, the problems such as the floating of pipe pieces and the leakage of grouting tend to occur. Therefore, To take some scientific and reasonable measures to control the shield tail synchronous grouting process problems and real-time monitoring of the grouting process to ensure the successful completion of shield tail synchronous grouting. This paper studies the common problems and control measures of synchronous tailings grouting, and hopes to put forward some constructive suggestions for synchronous grouting.
