目的建立了一种灵敏度高、重复性好、检出限低的流动注射分析仪单针进样两通道同时应用的测定方法。方法分别以硝酸盐氮、氨氮两个简单方法模块和挥发酚、弱氰化物两个复杂方法模块为例用多模串联、三通前置并联、三通后置并联三种于单针进样流动注射分析仪两通道同时分析,进行实验。结果多模串联方法适合于简单方法模块的检测,三通前置并联方法适合于复杂方法模块的检测。且均具有良好的线性,检出限前者分别为0.011mg/L和0.010mg/L,后者分别为0.0005 mg/L和0.0003 mg/L.其相对标准偏差RSD%前者分别为0.61%和1.08%,后者分别为4.6%和1.6%。结论本方法操作起来简便易行,可应用于流动注射分析仪单针进样多通道的同时分析。
OBJECTIVE To establish a simultaneous, single-injection and two-channel flow injection analyzer with high sensitivity, good reproducibility and low detection limit. Methods Two simple method modules of nitrate nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen, two complex method modules of volatile phenol and weak cyanide respectively were taken as examples. Results The multi-mode serial method is suitable for the detection of simple method modules. The pre-parallel method of three-way is suitable for the detection of complex method modules.
