目的:探讨观察延续护理干预对乳腺癌术后患者生命质量的影响。方法:选择2013年1月—2015年1月于本院行乳腺癌手术的患者共70例作为本次观察的对象,将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,35名对照组患者予以常规术后护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上应用延续护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者的角色功能、躯体功能、社会功能和总体评分显著优于对照组患者,两组患者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组护理满意为94.29%,观察组护理满意为77.14%,观察组患者护理满意率显著优于对照组,两组患者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌患者术后治疗中实施延续护理干预,可显著提升患者的生活质量评分,提高护理满意率,取得良好的治疗效果,值得在临床上广泛推广。 Objective: To investigate the effect of extended nursing intervention on the quality of life of postoperative patients with breast cancer.
