校本管理,是西方20世纪80年代学校改革运动中出现的一种全新的教育管理理论和思想,在国外教育管理领域有着重要的影响。随着近年来教育行政管理体制和学校内部管理体制改革的深入开展,校本管理理论在我国得到了一定的运用和发展,但也存在着一些问题。其中有效教学诸因素的统整、重塑,通过校本管理以提高教学质量与效益,成为当前新课程向纵深方向推进过程中不可忽略的课题。
School-based management is a brand-new theory and thought of education management that emerged in the reform of schools in the 1980s in the West and has an important influence in the field of educational administration abroad. With the deepening reform of education administration system and school internal management system in recent years, school-based management theory has been applied and developed in our country, but there are also some problems. Among them, the consolidation and remodeling of all effective teaching elements and the improvement of teaching quality and effectiveness through school-based management have become the issues that can not be neglected in the process of advancing the new curriculum towards depth.
