目的:探讨血液净化技术在急性肾功能衰竭中作用和效果。方法:该院从2014年11月至2015年2月共收治35例急性肾功能衰竭患者,分析回顾我院在治疗这35例患者中血液净化技术起到的作用,比较不同的治疗方法的效果。结果:15例接受普通间歇性血液透析(IHD),11例治愈,4例死亡。并发症为76%。20例采取连续性血液净化技术(CBP),Scr、BUN水平均显著下降,且能较平稳的维持在低水平上。并发症为21%,效果较好。结论:在治疗复杂的肾功能衰竭时单独使用IHD技术效果不是很好,连续性血液净化技术更适合重症急性肾功能衰竭的治疗。
Objective: To investigate the role and effect of blood purification in acute renal failure. Methods: The hospital treated 35 patients with acute renal failure from November 2014 to February 2015 and analyzed the effect of blood purification in treating 35 patients in our hospital, and compared the effects of different treatment methods . Results: Fifteen patients underwent routine intermittent hemodialysis (IHD), 11 were cured and 4 died. Complication rate was 76%. 20 cases of continuous blood purification technology (CBP), Scr, BUN levels were significantly decreased, and can be relatively stable to maintain a low level. Complications of 21%, the effect is better. CONCLUSION: IHD alone is not effective in the treatment of complex renal failure. Continuous blood purification is more suitable for the treatment of severe acute renal failure.
