平整农田是丘陵地区农业综合开发和农田治理项目中的基础工程,它将农田表土层(称为耕作层)的熟化土壤推走或破坏,使其平整农田的表面土壤板结,养分缺乏,水、肥、气、热失衡,严重影响农田作物生长,3～5 a都难以恢复。基于此,经过几年探索,采用以下技术措施,在短期内能改良培肥农田土壤,达到增产和可持续发展的目的。
The formation of farmland is a basic project in the comprehensive agricultural development and farmland management projects in the hilly areas.
