知识经济时代,教育作为人才培养的主要途径,其发展受到了社会各界的广泛关注。学前教育对幼儿的认知能力、道德品质、个性养成等都发挥着重要影响作用,为后期学校教育夯实了基础。相对于其他地区,西藏学前教育发展起步较晚,随着在政府及社会力量的大力支持下取得了一定成绩,但是必须客观承认其中依然存在问题或不足。本文在对西藏学前教育发展现状作出分析和论述的基础上,就西藏学前教育发展对策进行了研究。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, education, as the main way to cultivate talents, has drawn wide attention from all walks of life. Pre-school education plays an important role in influencing children’s cognitive ability, moral character and individuality development, laying a solid foundation for later school education. Compared with other regions, the development of pre-school education in Tibet started late, and with the strong support of the government and social forces, certain achievements have been made. However, it is imperative to objectively acknowledge that there are still problems or deficiencies. Based on the analysis and discussion of the current situation of pre-school education in Tibet, this paper studies the development strategies of pre-school education in Tibet.
