目的调查浙江省农村留守儿童和城市流动儿童行为及情绪状况。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,从宁波市鄞州区和衢州市开化县分别抽取3所学校的流动儿童和留守儿童共2 547人,采用自制《儿童基本情况调查表》和《儿童长处和困难问卷》(SDQ)调查流动儿童和留守儿童一般情况、行为和情绪症状,比较两组儿童SDQ困难总分和各维度得分异常率。结果共调查流动儿童1 876人,占73.66%;留守儿童671人,占26.34%。留守儿童困难总分、情绪症状、同伴交往障碍异常检出率均高于流动儿童(P<0.05)。结论农村留守儿童较城市流动儿童更易出现情绪和行为问题。
Objective To investigate the behavior and emotional status of left-behind children and migrant children in rural areas of Zhejiang Province. Methods A total of 2 547 floating and left behind children from 3 schools were recruited from Ningbo Yinzhou District and Kaihua County, Quzhou City using random cluster sampling method. The self-made “Basic Questionnaire for Children” and "Children’s Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) to investigate the general situation, behavioral and emotional symptoms of migrant children and left-behind children, and to compare the SDQ difficulty scores and the scores of abnormalities in each dimension in both groups. Results A total of 1 876 floating children were surveyed, accounting for 73.66%. There were 671 left-behind children, accounting for 26.34%. The total score of left-behind children’s difficulty score, emotional symptoms, and the abnormal rate of peer-communication disorder were higher than those of floating children (P <0.05). Conclusion Left-behind children in rural areas are more likely to have emotional and behavioral problems than migrant children in urban areas.
