研究瞬时高温、高压燃爆气体强力弹射作用下机载悬挂装置中,弹射薄壁筒组零件的力学性能,采用有限元软件ANSYS对薄壁筒组零件在整个弹射过程进行有限元仿真分析,获得了薄壁筒组零件在弹射过程中的接触压力、应力分布和塑性变形,从而为弹射薄壁筒组零件的工作寿命提供参考依据。
In this paper, the mechanical properties of the thin-walled cylinder unit are ejected under the effect of instantaneous high-temperature and high-pressure blasting gas ejection force. Finite element simulation analysis of the entire cylinder ejection process is carried out by the finite element software ANSYS. The contact pressure, the stress distribution and the plastic deformation of the thin-walled tube assembly in ejection process are provided to provide a reference for the working life of the thin-walled tube assembly.
