The 4th National Secretary General Conference of the Chinese Society of Economics and Business Studies was held in Tianjin from February 18 to 23, 1986. Attending the meeting were 48 people from the provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities, including the Business Economics Association, the secretary-general of the professional seminars, and the Secretariat staff. Chairman Guo Jinwu presided over the meeting. The meeting conveyed the “Minutes of the Ministry of Commerce Office Meeting” and the report outline of the China Business Economics Association to the Party Committee of the Ministry of Commerce.
