无论是在学术界还是在工程实践中 ,都把产品的质量问题归结为质量特性围绕设计目标值产生的波动。因而减少和控制波动已成为质量控制领域的首要任务。欲减少产品质量特性的波动 ,进行稳健设计 ,应首先寻找造成波动源的工序。文中首先定义了简单和复杂生产系统 ;介绍了在复杂生产系统中构造的各个相关工序的相关矩阵以及与之对应的网络 ;概述了利用最大树原理对相应网络节点的各生产工序进行聚类筛选的方法 ;通过残差分析以核定波动源 ;最后对稳健设计原理的分析与应用作了简述
Whether in academia or in engineering practice, the quality of the product is attributed to the fluctuation of the quality characteristics around the design goal value. Thus reducing and controlling fluctuations has become the top priority in the area of quality control. In order to reduce the fluctuation of product quality characteristics and conduct robust design, we should first look for the process that causes the fluctuation source.
