重载工业机器人关节用精密减速机对回差和刚度有更严格的要求,应用自行研制的回差与刚度测试试验装置,对自主开发的重载2K-V型减速机样机和国外同类产品进行了对比试验测试研究,绘制出测试的扭转刚度曲线。通过试验测试结果对比分析验证,国产重载2K-V型减速机的回差和刚度达到国际标准要求,建立的试验测试平台为评价重载精密减速机性能提供了一种有效的手段。
