针对潍坊工商职业学院教师队伍存在的问题,根据教师专业成长的阶段,提出青年教师和中年教师的培训措施,以供学院参考。
Aiming at the existing problems of teachers in Weifang Vocational and Technical College, according to the stage of professional growth of teachers, we put forward the training measures for young teachers and middle-aged teachers for the reference of the college.
