提出了激光对金属材料表面非熔凝处理的稳态温度场快速计算以及快速确定铁基材料表面相变硬化带尺寸的方法。该方法不仅可以对任意功率密度分布的激光进行热作用计算,而且计算速度比相同精度的传统数值计算快两个数量级以上。
The rapid calculation of the steady state temperature field of the non-fused metal surface by laser and the method of rapidly determining the size of the hardened zone on the surface of the iron-based material are proposed. The method can not only calculate the thermal effect of laser with arbitrary power density distribution, but also calculate the speed more than two orders of magnitude faster than the traditional numerical calculation with the same precision.
