2010年是值得纪念的一年。随着上海世博会的成功举办,给我们带来了各种机遇,也带来了关于新概念、新工艺、新技术、新的营销模式等方面的思考。以世博会为契机,拉动了各地尤其是上海工艺礼品和旅游纪念品的发展。但反观整个行业,仍然存在种种问题:产品守旧且千篇一律,缺乏创新;工艺与设计脱节,研发力度不够;市场认知度低。缺乏品牌意识;产品定位不明晰,店面业绩糟糕……这些问题困扰着工艺礼品和手工DIY的经营者。
2010 is a memorable year. With the successful hosting of the Shanghai World Expo, it has brought us various opportunities as well as reflections on new concepts, new techniques, new technologies and new marketing modes. The World Expo as an opportunity to stimulate all over, especially the development of Shanghai’s craft gifts and souvenirs. However, on the other hand, the whole industry still has various problems: the products are old-fashioned and stereotyped, lack of innovation; the process and design are out of line and the research and development are not enough; the market awareness is low. Lack of brand awareness; product positioning is not clear, poor performance of the storefront ... These issues plagued craft gifts and handmade DIY operators.
