目的:探究健康体检流程对体检质量及体检人群满意度的干预价值。方法:本研究以2015年3月至10月在该院进行健康体检人员160例作为研究对象,随机平均分为对照组80例和研究组80例,对照组采取普通体检流程,研究组给予健康体检流程,比较分析两组人员的体检质量、效率、时间、一次完成体检率以及体检满意度等指标。结果:研究组80例受检人员在体检质量、检效率、时间、一次完成体检率及满意率上皆明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康体检流程能显著提高体检质量和体检满意度,降低体检不适和护患纠纷的发生,值得推广应用。
Objective: To explore the intervention value of the physical examination process on the quality of medical examination and the satisfaction of the medical examination population. Results: The quality of examination, detection efficiency, time, completion rate and satisfaction rate of 80 subjects in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The physical examination process can significantly improve the quality of medical examination and physical examination satisfaction, reduce the incidence of physical discomfort and nurse-patient disputes, which is worth popularizing and applying.
