本文从筒内弹道方程出发,论述了潜地导弹变深度发射的关键参数是导弹的出筒速度Vk。对于出筒速度要求较宽的导弹,固定能量发射动力系统也可实现变深度发射;而对于出筒速度要求较严的导弹,固定能量发射动力系统则只能用于定深度发射,要实现变深度发射只有采用能量可调发射动力系统。理论分析表明,调节发射系统的能量可以从调节燃气生长量ωr、筒内温度T(l)和喷水量ωk来实现。对此提出了相应的技术途径。通过多种技术途径分析,在变深度发射过程中要实现能量可调发射动力系统的技术途径,只有通过调节冷却器的喷水量才是可行的。对冷却器喷水量计算公式的分析表明,调节喷水量主要是调节喷水孔。根据此结论,本文介绍了两位级和多位级水冷却器能量可调发射动力系统的几种方案,供实际工程应用中参考。
In this paper, starting from the cylinder interior ballistic equation, the key parameter of the penetration depth change of the submarine missile is discussed. The output velocity Vk of the missile is Vk. For a missile with a wide range of output requirements, a fixed-energy launch system can also achieve variable-depth launches. For missiles with a higher launch speed, a fixed-energy launch system can only be used to launch at fixed depths. Depth launch only with adjustable energy launch powertrain. The theoretical analysis shows that adjusting the energy of the launch system can be realized by adjusting the gas growth rate ωr, the cylinder temperature T (l) and the water spray amount ωk. In this regard, the corresponding technical approach is proposed. Through a variety of technical approaches analysis, in the process of variable depth launch to achieve energy-adjustable firing power system technology, only by adjusting the cooler water spray is feasible. Analysis of the formula for calculating the amount of water sprayed from the cooler shows that the amount of water to be sprayed is mainly adjusted to the water jet hole. Based on this conclusion, several schemes of energy-adjustable launch power system for two-stage and multi-stage water coolers are introduced in this paper for reference in practical engineering applications.
