长南气田的上古地层水平井,主要产层集中在石盒子组和山西组,该层位具有煤、碳质泥岩与砂层互杂,随着水平段的不断延长,钻遇煤层和泥岩的概率也不断提高,常规的聚磺钻井液体系不能满足钻井施工需求,通过高桥26-126H井的现场施工与试验结合,成功将烷基糖苷体系钻井液应用于水平段施工。现场水平段施工井眼保持良好的净化和稳定状态,有效解决了水平段砂泥互层的钻井难题。
The main strata of the Upper Paleozoic strata in the Changnan gas field are concentrated in the Shishikizi and Shanxi formations. Coal and carbonaceous mudstone are interbedded with the sand layers. As the horizontal sections continue to extend, the coal and mudstone are drilled The probability is also increasing. Conventional polysulfone drilling fluid system can not meet the needs of drilling construction. Through the combination of site construction and testing of Takahashi 26-126H well, the alkyl glycoside drilling fluid is successfully applied in the horizontal section construction. The wellbore in the horizontal section of the field maintains a good clean and steady state, effectively solving the drilling difficulty of sand-mud interbeds in the horizontal section.
