介绍菲律宾北吕宋铁路工程概况,国际项目的设计流程及特点,重点介绍设计前期窄轨铁路线路平面、纵断面主要设计标准的确定及对设计标准的应用分析,最后结合项目设计澄清过程中的经验教训提出了一些建议。从欠超高、最大超高、最大过超高几个参数的选择入手,根据本项目的设计行车速度,计算出最小平面圆曲线半径标准;从工务养护维修及检测方面并参照我国标准轨距铁路线路标准,确定最大曲线半径标准;从超高时变率、欠超高时变率、超高顺坡率几个参数的选取原则入手,计算出对应不同曲线半径的缓和曲线长度。
This paper introduces the general situation of Beilu Song railway project in the Philippines, the design flow and features of international projects, mainly introduces the design of the main design standards for plane and longitudinal section of narrow gauge railway line and the application and analysis of design standards at the early stage of design. Finally, Lessons learned made some suggestions. Starting from the selection of several parameters, such as super-high, maximum super-high and maximum super-high, according to the designed driving speed of this project, the minimum circular radius of circular curve is calculated. From the aspects of maintenance and inspection of public works and reference to China’s standard gauge According to the standard of railway line, the maximum curve radius standard was determined. From the selection principle of several parameters such as super-high time-varying rate, under-super-high time-varying rate and super-smoothing rate, the length of the easement curve corresponding to different curve radii was calculated.
