《宋高僧传·法慎传》资料来源于李华撰《扬州龙兴寺和尚碑》,但在材料的处理上轻率、随意,误抄、漏抄碑文的现象很严重。《法慎传》最大的失误是将法慎的师承妄断为东塔怀素,李华《碑》根本无此说。导致这一错误流传千余年之久,影响恶劣。本文指证了《法慎传》的相关错误,并详细地论证了法慎的律宗法系,所传完全是相部宗的砺疏,实与东塔怀素无涉。 “Song monks spread Fa Shen Zhuan” information from Li Hua, “Yangzhou Longxing Temple Monk”, but in the material handling on the incidental, arbitrary, wrongly copied, missing copies of the inscriptions is very serious. “Fa Shen Zhuan,” the biggest mistake is to farsh Shicheng Tathagata East Point Huai Su, Li Hua “monument” simply did not say.
