采用宏观、光镜、免疫组化 (显示Ⅲ型胶原 )和原位杂交 (检测Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原mRNA)等方法 ,动态观察外用rhEGF对大鼠放射复合创伤伤口愈合病变过程的影响。结果表明 :①rhEGF可促进放射复合伤口内肉芽组织的形成。伤后 7天见rhEGF用药创面肉芽组织含量较对照创面明显增多。②rhEGF可促进血管生成。伤后 7天见EGF用药创面肉芽组织中有较对照创面明显增多的新生毛细血管网。③应用rhEGF可间接增加Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的合成和分泌。④rhEGF可促进表皮重建 ,使用药创面较对照创面提前约 2天愈合。
The effects of topical rhEGF on wound healing in rats with radiation-combined trauma were observed by macroscopic observation, light microscope, immunohistochemistry (type Ⅲ collagen) and in situ hybridization (type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen mRNA). The results showed that: (1) rhEGF can promote the formation of granulation tissue in radiation-combined wounds. 7 days after injury see rhEGF medication granulation tissue content was significantly increased compared with the control wound. ② rhEGF can promote angiogenesis. Seven days after injury, EGF-treated wound granulation tissue showed a significant increase in neovascular capillary network compared with the control wound. ③ rhEGF can indirectly increase the synthesis and secretion of type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen. ④rhEGF can promote the reconstruction of the epidermis, the use of drug wounds than the control wound healing about 2 days in advance.
