采用直接注射法制备HDPE/LLDPE/OMMT纳米复合材料,采用透射电子显微镜研究HDPE/LLDPE/OMMT纳米复合材料的微观结构,研究有机蒙脱土含量对纳米复合材料性能的影响。透射电子显微镜结果显示,制备的HDPE/LLDPE/OMMT纳米复合材料是一种半剥离型的纳米复合材料。结果表明:蒙脱土的加入大大提高了纳米复合材料的力学性能和热变形温度。当有机蒙脱土质量含量仅为6%时,屈服强度和拉伸模量分别提高14.0%和59.7%,弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别提高了14.2%和60.0%。
The HDPE / LLDPE / OMMT nanocomposites were prepared by direct injection method. The microstructure of HDPE / LLDPE / OMMT nanocomposites was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The effects of the content of organic montmorillonite on the properties of nanocomposites were investigated. Transmission electron microscopy results show that the prepared HDPE / LLDPE / OMMT nanocomposites is a semi-exfoliated nanocomposite. The results show that the addition of montmorillonite greatly improves the mechanical properties and thermal deformation temperature of nanocomposites. When the mass fraction of montmorillonite was only 6%, the yield strength and tensile modulus increased by 14.0% and 59.7% respectively, and the flexural strength and flexural modulus increased by 14.2% and 60.0% respectively.
