采用组织培养技术测定了中药热毒清在不同的细胞内对单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-Ⅰ)、巨细胞病毒(HCMV)、柯萨奇病毒B (COXB3) 的抑制作用。结果表明5 g/L浓度的热毒清能有效抑制HSV-Ⅰ在Vero 细胞内繁殖, 20 g/L的热毒清能有效抑制HCMV 在人胚肺纤维母细胞内繁殖, 两者的治疗指数 (TI) = 4。但5 g/L浓度的热毒清未能抑制COXB3在Vero 细胞内繁殖, 其TI< 1。动物实验结果表明, 昆明种小鼠体内给4 g/ (kg·d) 的热毒清能抑制HSV-Ⅰ在小鼠体内增殖, 对病毒的抑制率为60
The inhibition of Herpes simplex virus (HSV-I), cytomegalovirus (HCMV), and Coxsackievirus B (COXB3) in different cells was determined using tissue culture techniques. The results showed that 5 g/L heat toxin could effectively inhibit the proliferation of HSV-I in Vero cells, and 20 g/L heat toxin could effectively inhibit the proliferation of HCMV in human embryonic lung fibroblasts. (TI) = 4. However, 5 g/L of hot virus did not inhibit the proliferation of COXB3 in Vero cells with a TI of <1. The results of animal experiments showed that 4 g/(kg·d) of heat toxin in Kunming mice inhibited the proliferation of HSV-I in mice and the virus inhibition rate was 60.
