目的：探讨艾洛松霜大面积外用对血浆皮质醇水平的影响。方法：分别于治疗前１ 天和用药后第１、２ 周测定血浆皮质醇水平。结果：患者治疗前后的血浆皮质醇水平保持在健康成人的正常范围内。结论：常规外用艾洛松霜不会影响肾上腺皮质功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of large-area topical application of 艾洛松 霜 cream on plasma cortisol level. Methods: Plasma cortisol levels were measured at 1 day before treatment and at 1 and 2 weeks after treatment. Results: Plasma cortisol levels in patients before and after treatment remained within the normal range of healthy adults. CONCLUSIONS: Conventional topical silofenil does not affect adrenocortical function.
