目的:探讨肺功能检查在疾病诊断与鉴别诊断中的作用。方法:回顾性分析2012年1月~2013年6月年间,我院内科收治的164例呼吸困难患者行肺功能检查对疾病诊治的帮助。结果:肺功能检查能鉴别各种通气功能障碍。结论:肺功能检查对疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断大有帮助,对下一步的治疗能够提供很好的科学依据。 Objective: To explore the role of pulmonary function tests in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of diseases. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 164 cases of dyspnea admitted from January 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital was performed to help diagnose and treat the disease by performing pulmonary function tests. Results: Pulmonary function tests identified a variety of ventilatory dysfunctions. Conclusion: Pulmonary function tests are very helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease, which can provide a good scientific basis for the next treatment.
