目的建立准确定量藻酸双酯钠(PSS)中残留铵盐的方法。方法建立了奈斯勒试剂-紫外分光光度法和离子色谱法2种铵盐含量测定方法,测定了12批PSS中的铵盐含量,并与药典定性比色的方法进行了比较分析。结果 2种方法均具有较好的准确性,回收率良好,且两种方法测得的结果具有一致性。结论这2种方法适合于PSS中铵盐的定量测定,可以作为PSS质量分析中铵盐的检查方法。
Objective To establish a method for accurately quantifying residual ammonium salts in sodium alginate (PSS). Methods A method for the determination of 2 kinds of ammonium salts by Neisserial reagent - UV spectrophotometry and ion chromatography was established. The content of ammonium salt in 12 batches of PSS was determined and compared with the method of qualitative colorimetric determination of pharmacopoeia. Results Both of the two methods have good accuracy, good recovery, and the results obtained by the two methods are consistent. Conclusions These two methods are suitable for the quantitative determination of ammonium salts in PSS and can be used as the method for ammonium salt determination in the mass spectrometry analysis of PSS.
