我国中小学有着令国外同行羡慕的学科教研体制。教研组作为学科教研体制的载体,在稳定教学秩序、提高教师专业水平方面起到不少作用。但随着课程的改革和发展,教研组的组织形式也逐渐显得单一、陈旧,越来越多的教师们抱怨其活动效益不高,收获不大。为了改变这些状况,需要对教研组的功能进行重新认识、重新定位。本期,本刊就教研组的功能进行探讨,希望能以此引发更多人对于教研组建设的关注。本刊也将从下一期开始专门开设“教研组建设”的专栏,对学校教研组建设中的问题进行探讨,对学校教研组建设中产生的经验进行总结和推广。
Primary and secondary schools in our country have the envy of foreign counterparts in the discipline teaching and research system. Teaching and research group as a carrier of discipline teaching and research system, in order to stabilize the teaching and improve the professional level of teachers play a lot of role. However, with the reform and development of the curriculum, the organizational form of the teaching and research group gradually becomes single and outdated. More and more teachers complain that their activities are not very effective and have little rewards. In order to change these situations, we need to re-understand the functions of the teaching and research group and reposition them. In this issue, the journal explores the functions of the teaching and research group and hopes to attract more people to pay attention to the construction of the teaching and research group. The publication will also start from the next issue of special “teaching and research group construction” column, the construction of the school teaching and research group to explore the issue of the construction of teaching and research team to summarize the experience and promotion.
