目的探讨脑出血后继发性严重脑水肿的特点。方法对 3 1例经 CT证实的中、小量脑出血患者的临床资料和 CT动态影像学改变进行分析。结果常规减量应用脱水剂后病情加重、再次应用脱水剂后病情改善 ;动态 CT示血肿体积逐渐变小、脑水肿体积逐渐增大且持续时间长 ,颅内压增高表现严重。结论中、小量脑出血可以出现严重的持续的脑水肿及恶性颅高压表现。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of secondary severe cerebral edema after intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data and CT dynamic changes of 31 moderate and small cerebral hemorrhage confirmed by CT were analyzed. Results The results showed that the condition was aggravated by the application of the dehydrating agent, and the condition was improved after the dehydrating agent was applied again. The dynamic CT showed that the volume of the hematoma became smaller, the volume of the brain edema increased gradually, the duration of the edema increased, and the intracranial pressure increased significantly. Conclusion, a small amount of intracerebral hemorrhage can occur severe continuous cerebral edema and malignant intracranial hypertension performance.
