目的:建立鸡血藤片中原儿茶酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Inertsil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm 5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇:水:冰醋酸(25:75:0.2)为流动相,检测波长为260 nm,流速为0.8 ml·min~(-1)。结果:原儿茶酸进样量在0.010~0.063μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 4(n=6)。方法平均回收率为99.23%,RSD为0.35%。结论:高效液相色谱法简便、灵敏、稳定、准确,无其他成分干扰,可作为鸡血藤片质量控制的有效方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of protocatechuic acid in Jixueguo tablets. METHODS: Inertsil C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm 5 μm) column was used with mobile phase of methanol: water and glacial acetic acid (25:75: 0.2) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 ml · min ~ (-1). Results: The calibration curve of protocatechuic acid was linear with peak area in the range of 0.010-0.063 μg, r = 0.999 4 (n = 6). The average recovery was 99.23% with a RSD of 0.35%. Conclusion: HPLC is simple, sensitive, stable and accurate without interference from other components and can be used as an effective method for quality control of Millettia.
