目的了解2种增强方式的螺旋CT扫描显示肝静脉和门静脉的差异,并熟悉它们在CT图像上的解剖学形态。方法采用3.0ml/s(行螺旋CT动脉和门脉期双期扫描,简称双期组)和1.5ml/s(仅行螺旋CT单纯门脉期扫描,简称单期组)2种注射速率的对比剂,分别完成100和50例病人的螺旋CT检查。结果2组各50例分析结果显示:双期组中有48例在门脉期扫描能够分别清晰显示肝静脉和门静脉1、2、3级分支,而单期组中仅2和4例分别显示肝静脉与门静脉1、2、3级分支。双期组100例分析显示共有10种解剖类型的肝静脉,而门静脉仅见2种类型;15%病人见到1支额外右下肝静脉。结论3ml/s速率的螺旋CT门脉期增强扫描能清晰显示肝静脉和门静脉1、2、3级分支;肝静脉解剖变异较门静脉为大。
Objective To understand the difference of hepatic veins and portal veins between two enhanced spiral CT scans and to familiarize them with anatomical features on CT images. Methods Two kinds of injections (3.0ml / s) were used in this study. The two kinds of injections were performed at 1.5ml / s (single-phase spiral CT scan) Rate of contrast agent, respectively, to complete 100 and 50 patients with spiral CT examination. Results The results of 50 cases in 2 groups showed that in the double-phase group, 48 cases showed portal vein hepatic vein and portal vein grade 1 and 2 branches clearly in the portal venous scan, while only 2 and 4 cases in the single-stage group showed Hepatic and portal vein 1,2,3 branch. A total of 100 anatomical hepatic veins were found in the double-staged group, with only two types of portal vein seen, and an additional 1 in the right lower hepatic vein seen in 15% of patients. Conclusion The 3ml / s spiral CT portal venous phase enhanced scan can clearly show the hepatic vein and portal vein grade 1,2,3 branch; hepatic vein anatomical variation is larger than the portal vein.
