本文首先讨论了 FACTS设备在电力系统中正常工作方式下和紧急工作方式下的多种灵活的控制作用。当前正在中国的电力行业中大力推广 FACTS技术。文中通过算例表明 ,在粤港电力系统中适当的位置装设 UPFC设备可以提高特定电源的利用率 ,同时可以通过不同的路径改善系统的性能
This paper firstly discusses the flexible control functions of FACTS equipment under the normal working mode and emergency working mode in power system. FACTS technology is currently being vigorously promoted in China’s power industry. In the paper, an example is given to show that installing UPFC equipment in a suitable location in the Guangdong-Hong Kong power system can improve the utilization rate of a specific power source and at the same time improve the system performance through different paths
