今年十一月二十二日到十二月一日在北京召开了全国水文计算学术讨论会。会议由水利部北京水利科学研究院水文研究所主持,参加这次讨论会的有水利、水电勘测设计部门,各省水文总站,中央有关部门的科学研究机关以及高等学校的代表129人。讨论会共收到论文及经验总结43篇,在会上宣读了16篇。经过8天的大会报告,小组讨论,交流了设计洪水计算方法方面的经验,了解了这一工作中存在的主要问 This year, from November 22 to December 1, a national seminar on hydrological calculation was held in Beijing. The meeting was hosted by the Institute of Hydrology, Beijing Institute of Hydraulic Research, Ministry of Water Resources. Participants at the symposium included 129 representatives of water conservancy and hydropower survey and design departments, provincial Hydrological Terminals, scientific research institutes of relevant central departments and colleges and universities. The symposium received a total of 43 papers and experiences, 16 were read at the conference. After eight days of congress reports, panel discussions, and exchange of experiences on design flood calculation methods, I learned about the major issues in this work
