The purpose is to quickly assess the contamination levels of several kinds of foodborne pathogens in areas with serious flooding in areas flooded after typhoon Typhoon, providing the basis for preventing disease after the disaster. Methods Two districts in Ningbo City were selected, each of which was randomly sampled from 2 streets for sample testing. Results A total of 82 samples of five kinds of food were collected. Among them, 5 samples of 22 strains of shellfish were positive for Vibrio parahaemolyticus, the detection rate was 22.73%, which was not significantly higher than that of the same kind of food in the first three quarters of 2013 The rate was 18.37% (P = 0.67). 11 copies of bulk extruded food 2 coliform count exceeded. Conclusion The monitoring results showed that the contamination rate of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in severe flooded areas in Ningbo City after the typhoon Typhoon “Fite ” was not higher than the pre-routine monitoring level.
