负反馈系统的调节使机体对外界环境的免疫应答过程能保持适当的强度,而免疫受体酪氨酸抑制基序(ITIM)在负向调节中发挥重要作用。它是构成免疫抑制性受体最基本的结构基础。专职抗原提呈细胞(APC)对非己抗原的递呈启动了特异性免疫应答,而表达于APC表面的抑制性受体可抑制APC引起的T细胞活化。通过调节抑制性受体的表达,为自身免疫病和肿瘤或者病毒感染的临床治疗提供了另一个方向。
Negative feedback system to regulate the body's immune response to the external environment to maintain the appropriate intensity of the immune process, and immune receptor tyrosine inhibitory motif (ITIM) play an important role in the negative regulation. It is the most basic structural basis for the formation of immunosuppressive receptors. Full-time antigen presenting cells (APCs) initiate specific immune responses to the presentation of non-self antigens while inhibitory receptors expressed on the surface of APCs inhibit APC-induced T cell activation. By regulating the expression of inhibitory receptors, it provides another direction for the clinical treatment of autoimmune diseases and tumor or viral infections.
