作者报告1例庆大霉索引起肾毒性伴方可尼(Fanconi)综合征及尿中酶活性增高。病例:14岁男孩,体重80.9公斤,患G组链球菌所致右眼眶蜂窝织炎,合并全窦炎、脑膜炎与额叶脓肿。由于有青霉素过敏史,故开始用庆大霉素3.7~6.7mg/kg/日及氯霉素。至第22天时测得庆大霉素浓度的低值为3.6μg/ml,峰值达9μg/ml,遂减量。用药第29天药物浓度为低值2μg/ml、峰值16μg/ml,即再减量,于第31天停掉两药。此时患儿血钠为128mEq/L
