通过线性极化、电化学阻抗谱等测试方法,研究了耐蚀钢筋和普通钢筋在Cl-侵蚀环境下的腐蚀行为,对比了不同组成钢筋间耐蚀性能的差异,并考察了主要成分为N,N-二甲基乙醇胺的阻锈剂与耐蚀钢筋的协同防腐作用效果.结果表明:在Cl-侵蚀环境中,添加了单一合金元素Cr的耐蚀钢筋耐蚀性能略有提高,而添加了Cu,Ni,Cr多种合金元素的耐蚀钢筋耐蚀性能进一步提高.在掺加阻锈剂后,耐蚀钢筋和普通钢筋的耐蚀性能不同程度提升,其中,阻锈剂与耐蚀钢筋的协同防腐作用使得钢筋的腐蚀速率显著降低.
The corrosion behavior of corrosion-resistant steel bar and ordinary steel bar in Cl-corrosive environment was studied by the methods of linear polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The differences of corrosion resistance between different steel bars were compared.
