文化是企业管理的基石,相对于普通企业在文化建设上可利用的资源条件,民族文化是少数民族企业独有的资源优势。依据企业文化的表现形式和内容指向,企业管理文化从外到内分为物质、行为、制度、精神四个层面,因此民族文化的渗透也主要表现在以上各层次的渗透。依据企业文化层次分类,对民族文化的渗透进行了详细分析,以此推动民族文化和民族企业文化更好地结合,推动民族企业现代发展中的民族文化汲取和利用。
Culture is the cornerstone of enterprise management. Compared with the resource conditions that ordinary enterprises can make use of in cultural construction, national culture is the unique resource advantage of minority-owned enterprises. According to the manifestations and contents of corporate culture, the corporate management culture is divided into four levels from the outside to the inside: material, behavioral, institutional and spiritual. Therefore, the infiltration of the national culture is mainly manifested in the above levels of infiltration. Based on the classification of corporate culture, the author analyzes the infiltration of national culture in detail so as to promote a better combination of national culture and national enterprise culture and promote the acquisition and utilization of national culture in the modern development of national enterprises.
