本文以蓖麻蛋白为原料，通过单因素试验和正交试验优化对毒蛋白纯化工艺进行优化。结果表明：最佳工艺条件为缓冲液pH值7.0、缓冲液浓度0.10mol/L、 D-半乳糖浓度0.10mol/L和洗脱速度1.0mL/min。优选所得工艺设计合理、结果可靠，可作为蓖麻毒蛋白的分离纯化工艺。
