提出了颗粒状路用木质纤维的制备工艺。采用这一工艺,以新闻纸和优质路用沥青作为原料,通过胶乳法使沥青颗粒均匀粘附在木质纤维表面,再通过机械搅拌、脱水、造粒等工艺,制备出5~8 mm的颗粒状路用木质纤维样品;通过室内高温稳定性试验,比较掺入进口颗粒状路用木质纤维和掺入自制颗粒状路用木质纤维的沥青混合料的抗高温永久变形能力。结果表明:本研究制备的颗粒状路用木质纤维的各项性能指标都达到了国际同类产品水平。
The preparation technology of granular wood fiber was put forward. Adopting this technology, asphalt and high quality asphalt are used as raw materials, and the asphalt particles are uniformly adhered on the surface of the lignocellulosic fibers through a latex method, and then granular materials of 5 to 8 mm are prepared through mechanical stirring, dehydration and granulation processes Road wood fiber samples; through the indoor high temperature stability test, compared with the import of particulate wood imports of granular fibers and wood particles mixed with homemade granular road asphalt high temperature permanent deformation capacity. The results show that all the performance indexes of the wood fiber used in this paper have reached the international level.
