目的探讨曲美他嗪联合黄芪注射液治疗急性病毒性心肌炎(AVM)的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2012年5月—2015年11月吐哈石油医院收治的AVM患者74例,按照随机对照原则分为观察组与对照组,各37例。对照组患者予以常规药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上予以曲美他嗪联合黄芪注射液治疗。观察两组患者心电图指标(室性期前收缩、房室传导阻滞、ST-T变化、心律失常)、实验室指标〔肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)、心肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)〕、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者室性期前收缩、房室传导阻滞、ST-T变化发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者心律失常发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者血清CK-MB、c Tn I水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合黄芪注射液治疗AVM的临床疗效显著,可改善患者临床症状,且不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of trimetazidine combined with astragalus injection in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis (AVM). Methods Seventy-four AVM patients admitted to Tuha Petroleum Hospital from May 2012 to November 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 37 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs. Patients in the observation group were treated with trimetazidine and astragalus injection on the basis of the control group. Electrocardiographic parameters (premature ventricular contraction, atrioventricular block, ST-T changes, arrhythmia) were observed in two groups of patients, and laboratory parameters of creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme (CKMB), cardiac troponin I I)〕, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The incidence of ventricular premature ventricular contraction, atrioventricular block and ST-T in observation group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The incidence of arrhythmia was no significant difference between two groups Significance (P> 0.05). The serum levels of CK-MB and cTnI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Two groups of patients with adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with Astragalus injection treatment of AVM significant clinical effect, can improve clinical symptoms, and fewer adverse reactions.
