目前国内医药行业对医药市场营销专业人才提出了更高的要求,但是医药市场营销人才在培养过程中存在着培养目标不明确、专业课程设置机械、培养手段单一等问题。医药市场营销专业人才培养,应当根据市场需求制定明确的培养目标;在课程设置上应体现专业性与实践性相结合的原则;同时对学生的培养手段也应注意多元化。
At present, the domestic pharmaceutical industry puts forward higher requirements for the pharmaceutical marketing professionals. However, there are some problems in the process of training such as the ambitious training objectives, the setting of specialized courses, and the single means of training. Professional training of pharmaceutical marketing should be based on market demand to develop a clear training objectives; in the curriculum should reflect the combination of professional and practical principles; the same time, students should also pay attention to the cultivation of diversity.
