目的:优选热痹巴布剂的制备工艺。方法:采用均匀设计实验,以聚丙烯酸钠(NP-700)、酒石酸、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K90(PVP)、甘羟铝、甘油、水、药粉为考察因素,以初粘力、透布程度、流膏量、胶强度为指标,研究热痹巴布剂的制备工艺。结果:通过对数据分析,优选出最佳的配方比为NP-700:酒石酸:PVP:甘羟铝:甘油:水:药粉=4.1:0.2:1.0:0.1:25:35:2.0,根据处方配比制备巴布剂膏体,涂布于无纺布上,室温下放置1周,加盖衬,包装即得。结论:本巴布剂成型性良好,制备工艺可行。
