探索了高强化柴油机燃烧系统匹配的解决途径。首先以德国MTU890高强化柴油机为参考,确定了虚拟高强化柴油机结构参数以及进气、喷油等参数。随后针对双卷流燃烧室,选取内室锥母线夹角、外室直径、外室出口角、内室容积与总燃烧室容积比作为变量,进行了多方案设计。最后对110mm缸径高强化柴油机缸内工作过程进行三维仿真研究,总结归纳了双卷流燃烧室各参数变化对高强化柴油机燃烧性能的影响规律,从而为高强化柴油机双卷流燃烧室优化设计以及系统参数匹配提供了依据。
Exploring the solution to match the high-strength diesel combustion system. First of all, taking German MTU890 high-strength diesel engine as a reference, the structural parameters of the virtual high-strength diesel engine and parameters of intake air and fuel injection are determined. Then for the double-tumble-flow combustor, a multi-plan design was made by taking the angle of the cone, the diameter of the outer chamber, the exit angle of the outer chamber, the volume of the inner chamber and the volume ratio of the total combustion chamber as variables. Finally, the three-dimensional simulation study on the working process of cylinder with 110mm bolster was carried out. The influence of the parameters of the bumhcot combustion chamber on the combustion performance of the high-strength diesel engine was summarized. The optimization design of double- System parameters to provide a basis for matching.
