以高寒干旱的北方某高速公路混凝土桥涵裂缝修补工程为依托,探讨了桥涵的裂缝修补及裂缝化学灌浆修补的关键技术。通过聚氨酯预聚体和环氧丙烯酸酯反应,制备了一种性能良好且可在低温(-15℃)下固化的改性环氧丙烯酸酯灌浆材料,用于高寒环境下混凝土裂缝修补取得了良好的效果。
