在CIAE-30加速器上建立了用于制备高纯度~(123)I的~(124) Xe气体靶系统。该系统包括~(124) Xe气体靶站和与之相连的30 MeV质子束流传输线、靶密封窗和束流线真空窗的He冷却循环系统、水冷却系统、靶腔真空系统、~(124) Xe处理系统和~(123)I化学处理系统,以及外围的~(124) Xe气体保留系统、液氮传输系统、氦气配送系统和~(124) Xe气体补充系统,还有辐射防护和检测系统、加速器束流调节、测量和气体靶控制系统。系统调试及批量试生产结果显示,该系统生产~(123)I的批产能达111~148 GBq(3~4Ci),产额大于296 MBq/(μA·h)(8mCi/(μA·h))。~(123)I核纯度大于99.8%,放化纯度大于95%,满足规模化生产的要求。
A ~ (124) Xe gas target system for preparing high purity ~ (123) I was established on CIAE-30 accelerator. The system consists of a (124) Xe gas target station and a 30 MeV proton beam line connected to it, a He cooling system, a water cooling system, a target chamber vacuum system, a target sealing window and a beamline vacuum window, Xe treatment system and ~ (123) I chemical treatment system, as well as the peripheral ~ (124) Xe gas retention system, liquid nitrogen transfer system, helium distribution system and ~ (124) Xe gas replenishment system as well as radiation protection and detection Systems, Accelerator Beam Conditioning, Measurement and Gas Target Control Systems. The results of system commissioning and batch test showed that batch production capacity of ~ (123) I was 111 ~ 148 GBq (3 ~ 4Ci) and output was more than 296 MBq / (μA · h) (8mCi / (μA · h) ). ~ (123) I nuclear purity greater than 99.8%, radiochemical purity greater than 95%, to meet the requirements of large-scale production.
