Objective This article studies the morning and urinary excretion of endogenous hormones in men and women athletes to study and discuss the value for the determination of normal changes. At the same time, we will study the effect of large amount of exercise training on the ratio of these endogenous androgenic hormones, and help with anti-doping work. Methods GC-MS method was used to determine the HP5 890 and HP5 971GC-MS in the United States, and the results were measured by Sim method. The characteristic ion peaks were integrated and the testicular urine samples Hormonal concentrations. Results The ratio of endogenous androgens in the male athletes was significantly higher than that of the female athletes (P <0.05), and the An / Etio, 5α / 5β, T / ET in the male athletes was significantly lower than that of the female athletes (P <0 05). Endogenous androgens in the urine were affected by exercise training, with the most obvious change being in T / ET, followed by 11-OHAn / 11-OHEtio (P <0.05), and changes in male athletes were more pronounced than those in female athletes . The other two changes are not obvious. Conclusion There are significant differences in the ratio of endogenous androgens in urine among individuals with significant gender differences and are affected by exercise training
