将炭纤维细粉注入小鼠右颞侧硬脑膜下腔 ,动态观察其移动及组织病理学反应。结果 :注入后 1周~ 5 2周 ,未见实验组小鼠有与炭纤维植入有关的神经病学改变 ;其右颞侧硬膜内面及整个软脑膜表面 ,炭纤维呈弥散性分布 ;光学显微镜检查 ,炎细胞反应轻微 ,实验组注入后 1周 : 级 ,注入后 2周 : 级 ,注入后 4周 :0级 ,炎症反应基本消失 ;注入材料周围无明显纤维膜形成 ;实验组与同期对照组比较均无明显差异。结论 :炭纤维注入小鼠右颞侧的硬膜下腔和蛛网膜下腔后 ,表现出良好的组织相容性。
The carbon fiber powder was infused into the right temporal side of the subdural space to observe its movement and histopathological reaction. Results: There was no neurological changes associated with carbon fiber implantation in the experimental group from 1 week to 52 weeks after injection. The diffuse distribution of carbon fibers was observed on the right temporal side of the dura mater and the entire pia mater. Microscopical examination showed slight inflammatory cell reaction. One week after the injection of the experimental group: grade, 2 weeks after injection: grade, 4 weeks after injection: grade 0, inflammatory response basically disappeared; no fibrous membrane formed around the injected material; The control group showed no significant difference. CONCLUSION: Carbon fibers have good histocompatibility after being injected into the subdural space and subarachnoid space in the right temporal side of mice.
