截至2015年底,中国商品房待售面积达到7.19亿平方米,较2014年末增加9684万平方米,同比上升15.6%,销售增长乏力造成房地产企业去库存压力激增。因此,如何创造性的使用网络营销策略实现精准营销,是所有房地产企业必须充分考虑的问题。本文以网络营销为研究视角,透视房地产企业在网络营销推广中存在的问题,提出针对性的对策,期待能够为我国房地产企业网络营销水平的提升抛砖引玉。
As of the end of 2015, the total area for sale of commercial buildings in China reached 719 million square meters, an increase of 96.84 million square meters from the end of 2014, representing an increase of 15.6% over the same period of last year. The sluggish sales growth caused a sharp increase in the inventory pressure of real estate enterprises. Therefore, how to creatively use network marketing strategy to achieve accurate marketing is a problem all real estate enterprises must fully consider. This paper, from the perspective of network marketing, looks into the existing problems of real estate enterprises in their network marketing and marketing, and puts forward some countermeasures. It is hoped that it will be helpful to improve the network marketing of real estate enterprises in our country.
