世界各国的高速铁路技术体系和发展模式,与该国的国情、路情等因素有着紧密联系。中国铁路结合自身特点,充分发挥体制优势、市场优势和后发优势,坚持走原始创新、集成创新和引进消化吸收再创新相结合的自主创新之路,采用系统集成的方法,构建具有自主知识产权、世界先进水平的高速铁路技术体系和建设模式。基于对系统集成内涵的理解,分析中国高速铁路实施系统集成的背景和条件,系统阐述中国高速铁路系统集成的方法和主要工作内容,介绍中国高速铁路系统集成取得的成就。
The technical systems and development models of high-speed railways in various countries in the world are closely linked with the country’s national conditions, road conditions and other factors. Taking full advantage of its advantages in system, market and backwardness, China Railway sticks to the road of independent innovation combining original innovation, integrated innovation and the introduction of digestion and absorption and re-innovation. Based on the understanding of the connotation of system integration, this paper analyzes the background and conditions for implementing system integration in China’s high-speed railway, systematically elaborates the methods and major contents of system integration in China’s high-speed railway, and introduces the achievements of system integration in China’s high-speed railway.
